General terms and conditions for hotels

All conditions not listed here apply in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulations. For further information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006).

Arrival and departure

Arrival:
Apartments are available from 16:00 hrs on your day of arrival. If you are arriving after 20:00 hrs, please give us a call.
You will receive a code prior to your arrival. You can use this code to gain access when the door is locked (from 20.00 hrs until 08.00 hrs).

Departure:
We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 hrs at the latest.

Deposit payments

In order to guarantee a binding reservation, we ask for 20 % of the total cost of your accommodation within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation.

Booking conditions

Please note that your booking is only valid after receipt of a booking confirmation and the deposit.

Children

Kids are welcome. However, we would like to advise you that we are not a specialised children's hotel.

Minimum length of stay

Minimum stay: 2 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
February: 7 nights
July/August: 4 nights

Non-smoking rooms

All apartments in the hotel are NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS! We ask for your understanding.

Cancellation charges

No-shows: 100% of the total price
6 to 1 day before arrival: 75% of the total price
14 to 7 days before arrival: 45% of the total price
21 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
28 to 22 days before arrival: 20% of the total price
Up until one month before arrival there are no cancellation charges
